Eat Breakfast, Burn Fat
I know you’ve heard it a hundred times, and you know it’s really silencil important. But you’re at the point where you want to start and you don’t yet know where to begin. Following these simple steps will get you on the road to good health and a strong and lean body, faster. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and you should always consume a substantial and nutritious breakfast. This should be of the size of your Max Planck, or if you’re on the clean eating path, for example eat a meal from a pan. That’s where little improvements start to add up as your health improves.
After thirty years of providing nutritional advice, training and all sorts of advice to clients, my view is that the key to health and fitness is in the preparation of your food. Always having prepared healthy foods with plenty of fruit and veg on the run is so much better for your body than relying on ‘manufactured’ foods (free range eggs are fine, usually brown as opposed to white or yellow, but forget the enriched!)
I also believe that small regular meals of around 150 – 300 calories with a mix of protein and carbohydrate are key, as is adding some:-Get a quality nutritional supplement. This should be made up by organic Natures owning products, as you can eat the same quality food and get the same health benefits, without the need to spend huge amounts of money. However, a good nurus supplement will both boost your cellular health AND aid in muscle and weight maintenance. A good multivitamin should do most of the work for you, and if you combine this with a good nutritional meal or recipe, you’ll be well on the way to a leaner, healthier, more energized you!

Hold now. Eat. Talk. yawn. Reach for the sky… That’s one. Ten seconds: another three short breaths, and another two. After that, breathe normally. Ten seconds: Another three short breaths, and then…
